Prossers on the Beach, Hobart. 2008 Winner Best Seafood Restaurant Tasmania.

Hence, i went with high expectations. I had the ‘Seafood Bouillabaisse of Blue Eye, Hapuka and King Fish Simmered with Prawns and Mussels in a Rich Seafood and Saffron broth with Basil and Garlic Aioli‘.

Best seafood i’ve had in Tasmania so far. Period.

ETC Bakery & Cafe, Elizabeth Town.

Sorry for being MIA. Was off  to Melbourne for the past 4 days. Had a great time although traffic was horrid.
Speaking of traveling, the shot above was taken at ETC bakery & Cafe. It is pretty much a mandatory stopover for me if i was ever nearby, usually when i am going to Lonnie or Hobart. Everything is delicious especially the muffins. Great coffee too.
