Developed my first roll of film last night!! How exciting!!
TriX ISO400 in Rodinal 1:50 for 13 minutes. Temp 22 degrees.
Agitated for first 30s then 10s every minute.
Ilford Rapid Fixer for 3mins then Kodak PhotoFlo.

On a more somber note, the week did not end as well as i hoped it would. Very disappointed.
At least the film developing took my minds off things for a moment

Anyways, these are frames 3, 4, 5 and 21

Testing the bokeh of my Cosina Voigtlander 35mm f/2.5 Color Skopar Classic and a brief review.
Image was shot at f2.5 a.k.a wide open, close to the minimum focus distance with Kodak BW400CN.

Impressions:
- Great corner to corner sharpness with minimal light fall off and perhaps a slight vignette (which i dig).
- Moderate contrast.
- Good bokeh with a nice and smooth in-focus to out-focus transition. Maybe a bit harsh – see top left and right of picture – but not enough to bug me.
- Surprisingly deep depth of field for f2.5.

* the above review is drawn from my personal experience and the testing is neither comprehensive nor scientific. So just take what you can from it………

I took this picture 30 steps away from where I live.

The train tracks are still in service and runs around 3 times per day – thankfully!! as noise level gets reasonably noticeable when they come by.
It services inbound and outbound market for both containerised and bulk goods sending out consumables, fruit, vegetables, minerals, ores, and forest products (woodchips, logs, and paper) and bringing in consumables, fuels, minerals and other inputs to production via the Burnie Port.
