			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Spelled as BattambAng everywhere but pronounced as BattambOng by the locals. Arrived here after a 4hr journey by bus. A rather scenic drive across countryside with paddy fields stretching as far as the eye can see. </p>
<p>Looking back, I enjoyed Siem Reap a lot. Could easily stay a few extra days and chill. Those who have been to Khao San Road, Bangkok, it is a bit like that but much nicer with a better vibe and atmosphere. </p>
<p>The temples were magnificent. Here is a picture taken in Beng Mealea.</p>
