Prossers on the Beach, Hobart. 2008 Winner Best Seafood Restaurant Tasmania. Hence, i went with high expectations. I had the ‘Seafood Bouillabaisse of Blue Eye, Hapuka and King Fish Simmered with Prawns and Mussels in a Rich Seafood and Saffron broth with Basil and Garlic Aioli‘. Best seafood i’ve had in Tasmania so far. Period....
